Expressions of interest are now invited for these plots which will be offered for sale in the winter of 2026

 

With outline planning permission already granted an application has now been submitted which details all of the design options for purchasers to choose from.

Each plot will be sold by the landowner with an expected guide price in the region of £300K. Purchasers then have the choice of a fixed price build contract with the resident builder or can use their own.

 

With Build costs between £2,500 and £3,000 per sqm (depending on fittings) and a choice to build either 134 or 157 Sqm (GIFA) with or without a car port, purchasers can build to suit their own budget.
